These roadwork’s are at the junction of Combe Road and Lime Grove in New Malden. They are being carried out by EDF Energy and are causing traffic congestion and pose a significant hazard to both drivers and pedestrians.They have been in place since 2009 with no sign of them being completed in the near future. My concern is that English heritage may designate them of historic interest and make them permanent.
